Maternity Protection
The aim of the Max Planck Society is to support young scientists during pregnancy in a way that they can continue lab work without compromising the well-being and safety of the unborn child. For this, it is necessary for you to inform your employer about the pregnancy as soon as possible.
Here you can read an overview about the measures that will be taken after informing your employer about your pregnancy.
